OVERVIEW
Allegra is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Allegra has broad experience in general commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She has advised corporate clients on a range of matters including contractual and equitable claims, intellectual property and commercial property disputes. She has also acted for clients in relation to debt recovery, insolvency and restructuring, including advising on issues arising in the context of cross-border insolvency and agreements between companies and their creditors. Her other experience includes company law and regulatory matters.BACKGROUND
