Ciaran Cotter

OVERVIEW

Ciaran is head of Maples and Calder's Listing team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He has extensive experience in the listing of debt products and investment funds on Euronext Dublin. The Listing practice covers a wide variety of debt transactions such as CLO's, RMBS, CMBS, securitisations, repackagings, corporate debt and a large number of bank programmes for products such as structured derivatives, MTN's and covered bonds. The Listing team also assist with stock exchange filings and market announcements.

BACKGROUND

Ciaran has been with the Maples Group since 2006, having previously worked with another listing agent and prior to that with Citigroup and Bank of Ireland.
