OVERVIEW
Dan is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office. He advises on the formation, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of both open ended and private equity funds as well as general corporate and commercial matters. Dan also has a specialism in unit trusts, and advises trustees, administrators, managers and investors on all aspects of unit trust work, particularly with respect to the Japanese market.
BACKGROUND
Dan joined the Maples Group Cayman office in 2007 and was elected as a partner in 2014. He moved to the London office in 2021. He previously worked for Taylor Wessing in London.
