Dan advises on the structure, formation, launch and maintenance of private equity funds, venture capital funds and hedge funds, as well as downstream private equity transactions.

BACKGROUND

Dan joined the Maples Group's law firm in 2018. Prior to that, Dan was Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC in Hong Kong and also worked in the London offices of Slaughter and May and Hogan Lovells.
