Diane Raytan

OVERVIEW

Diane specialises in providing client accounting services to structured finance, investment fund and cryptocurrency vehicles, as well as special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and private wealth trusts.  She has extensive experience with US GAAP, HKFRS and IFRS in the wealth and asset management industries.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Diane worked as a Senior Fund Accountant in the private equity funds department of Harmonic Fund Services (Cayman).  Prior to this, she worked at KPMG in the Cayman Islands as an Assistant Manager in the assurance department as a Audit Senior in EY Philippines where she was exposed to a wide variety of industries before beginning to specialise in asset management.
