Emma Sheehy

OVERVIEW

Emma is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's London office. Emma advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, venture capital, corporate restructurings and various shareholder matters. 

BACKGROUND

Emma joined the Maples Group in 2018 as a trainee and joined the Corporate Group on qualification in 2021. She moved to the London office in May 2022.
