OVERVIEW

Grant is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He advises a global client base and specialises in a broad range of fund products, focusing primarily on venture capital, private equity and hedge funds. He also has extensive experience in general corporate, financing and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Grant joined the Maples Group in 2006 and was elected as a partner in 2013.  He previously worked for Freehills and, before that, for Morgan Stanley in Australia.  He has been recognised as a leading lawyer in IFLR1000 and recommended in Legal 500
