OVERVIEW
Jarlath has extensive experience in the provision of management and administration services to Irish SPVs across a broad range of structure types including securitisation, aviation leasing and various structured finance transactions. His experience includes acting as a director to Irish incorporated companies through private equity groups, corporate multinationals, funds and private clients.BACKGROUND
Previously, Jarlath worked at Citco Corporate Services as a Compliance Officer and MLRO, whilst also acting as director on a number of SPVs. Prior to this, Jarlath worked in corporate services with BNY Mellon and BISYS Hedge Fund Services (since acquired by Citi), concentrating primarily on corporate governance.PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
