Joe has extensive experience in setting-up and managing trust and corporate structures involving a wide range of activities, including private equity investment, commercial / residential real estate holding and development, employee incentives and share plans, and general investment holding.  In addition to this, he has a broad understanding of effective corporate governance, having acted on the boards of many companies registered in various countries, both for privately owned businesses and large plc groups.

Previously, Joe worked at Lloyds Bank, Valla Limited and Sanne Group.
