OVERVIEW
Luke is a partner of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's London office. He has a broad range of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and restructuring and insolvency matters, with a particular emphasis on complex and multi-jurisdictional cases. Luke also has considerable experience in fraud and asset tracking, shareholder disputes and investment fund disputes and regularly advises boards, investors, high-net-worth parties and insolvency practitioners on contentious matters and insolvencies.
BACKGROUND
Luke joined the Maples Group in 2012. He previously worked for Linklaters in London, and Mallesons in Australia. Luke has been recommended in Chambers Global and as a 'Leading Individual' by Legal 500.
