OVERVIEW

Masciline serves as an independent director on a wide range of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, fund of funds, segregated portfolio companies, private equity vehicles and related structures.   

BACKGROUND

Masciline joined the Maples Group in 2019.  Previously, Masciline worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Alternative Fund Services (Cayman) Limited as a Fund Accountant and DMS Governance Ltd as an Associate.
