OVERVIEW

Robert is an associate in the Irish Financial Services Regulatory team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm.  Robert advises financial institutions across all industry sectors on a variety of regulatory issues, including MiFID investment firms and fund service providers, banks, insurers, e-money and payment firms, crowdfunding service providers, VASPs, and credit servicing and retail credit firms.

BACKGROUND

Robert joined the Maples Group as an Associate in 2022, having trained with a leading international law firm in Dublin.
