OVERVIEW
Shae is of counsel of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office. Shae specialises in the establishment, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment funds in the Cayman Islands. He also advises clients on the regulatory aspects of different types of Cayman Islands investment vehicles.
