Shane is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Shane advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.

BACKGROUND

Shane joined the Maples Group in 2022 having trained in a large Irish corporate law firm and qualified into the corporate department.
