Kasturi Majumdar

OVERVIEW

Kasturi has extensive experience in a wide range of investment funds structures, private equity vehicles and portfolio companies.  She serves as an independent director on a number of Singapore and Cayman structures across North America and Asia.  She also has broad knowledge and experience of structured finance products, both in capital markets and structured asset finance, including asset securitisation, real estate, aviation and shipping transactions extending to various multi-jurisdictional bespoke financial solutions. 

BACKGROUND

Kasturi worked for a Singapore private equity focused on real estate investments in Singapore and Ireland where she managed finance and fiduciary related matters for the business. Prior to this, she worked for the Maples Group in Ireland, managing a team of accountants and overseeing administration of a number of structured finance vehicles. Kasturi also worked for KPMG advising financial services clients in tax compliance and advisory projects, as well as an aircraft leasing company where she managed all finance and tax matters for the company.
