Tax Treatment of Investment Funds in Ireland: IFA 2019 National Reports (Cahiers)
22 Jul 2019
As National Reporters, Andrew and Lynn prepared a comprehensive report on the tax treatment of investment funds in Ireland which has been published by IFA. We are delighted to present you with the report. The report details all aspects of the tax treatment of Irish regulated investment funds and certain non-regulated investment structures. The Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International are published once annually and contain a wealth of domestic and international material in relation to the main subjects to be discussed at the relevant annual IFA Congress.
IFA is the only international non-governmental and non-sectoral organisation dealing with fiscal matters. IFA is a neutral, independent, non-lobby organisation and as such the only global network of its kind. Andrew and Lynn are both current committee members of the Irish branch of IFA (IFA Ireland). Andrew is past Chair of IFA Ireland and Lynn is currently Secretary of IFA Ireland. IFA Ireland provides a forum for the discussion of fiscal and tax matters among tax professionals, accountants, lawyers, industry academics, policy makers and governmental officials.
